General Cleaning FAQs
We offer residential cleaning (standard, deep, and move-in/move out) and Airbnb/vacation rental cleaning.
Our employees are background checked, and go through structured training to learn the most efficient, effective and safe cleaning techniques. We also ensure that all of our employees have a complete knowledge of what types of products are appropriate for which surfaces, and are taught not to cross contaminate tools from the bathroom to the kitchen or living spaces. Each cleaner goes through a step by step checklist procedure at each home to ensure that nothing goes left uncleaned.
Although extremely rare, we understand that accidents can happen. If your property is damaged during a cleaning, our insurance will cover the damage. Our employees will notify you right away in the case of an accident.
Yes, we are bonded and insured for up to cover potential personal injury or property damage.
We provide your quote by considering the square footage, how many bathrooms and how many bedrooms you have, and whether or not this is a first time deep clean or a recurring cleaning.
We will send you a digital invoice at the time of completion. We accept card, venmo, or check.
